Making A Purchase
How it Works

If you are new to our website, you begin by simply picking a product. At the 'Billing address', enter your details. For returning customers, log back in.

Choose the a product or combination of products that you wish to purchase.

If you wish to send money by M-Pesa or pay school fees, select amount you want to send and/or quantity.

Click on 'add to cart'.

If you wish to continue picking other products, please go ahead. When you're satisfied with your order, update your cart and click check out (or continue shopping).

For new clients, after you enter your 'Bill to' information, an email will be sent to the provided email to confirm your registration. It contains a unique password, which you can change later.
- Next, please select or add the correct shipping address and insert it at the right place. We no longer ship orders whose shipping address is given as that of the billing address for security reasons.

Choose method of payment Paypal or Moneybookers used here for their security features.

Additional message can be added to your order, we send this via sms for free to your Kenyan recipient.

On the Shipping details, please indicate the address, phone number (for airtime and M-Pesa) and any message to be delivered to their contacts in Kenya in the comments box. We will offer one SMS free for every order. The SMS will be sent to the shipping address telephone number.

Review and confirm the order
AIRTIME TOP-UP

Upon successful processing of the transaction, once the money is credited to our Paypal Account, our shop in Kenya will send airtime to the "Ship to" phone number. Please indicate if you wish the airtime to be divided among several recipients and the amounts.
M-PESA
A request placed on the office working hours (7.30 -6.00 pm Kenyan time) will be processed immediately to a recipient whose details are registered on MPESA. A follow up SMS will be sent to the recipient whose names and telephone number must be indicated in the shipping address. We no longer deliver M-Pesa to recipients whose details are given in the comments box. M-Pesa is a service provided by Safaricom and is available to Safaricom subscribers only. Note on Paypal payments
If, in the course of payments, you encounter German language interface, kindly locate some familiar switch for country to USA or UK. This may be available on the left top of the redirected page. This should bring up English content. Look at the picture guide here.
How to modify your Account
The system sends you a generated password which you can change while updating your details. Simply log back in and look for the account maintenance link (see picture here). Click on that and make changes to your account details including using your own password. Save changes and you are done. We hope you enjoy shopping with us!
