Guide to buying Airtime

Our unique service which enables you to purchase airtime for your loved ones in Kenya may be completed by following these simple steps.

1. For new visitors/shoppers, simply select the product(s) that you would like by clicking on the picture.

2. Once redirected to the 'list', choose the face value of the airtime that you wish to buy.

3. When asked for the Billing address, please input YOUR address, if possible provide all the details. This is taken as a registration step.

4. When you complete the registration and submit, please check your email for the activation and password. You need the password to relog in. Once you have the password and the account is activated, you can continue checkout.

5. For returning customers, simply select the product or log in first. Then continue shopping.

6. When asked for the 'Ship to' address, please provide the details (name, address, telephone number) of the RECIPIENT in Kenya.

7. When you reach the 'confirm order' stage and you are redirected to the Paypal payment page, you may encounter a German language interface. Please change the 'de' in the url to 'en' without the quotation marks to switch to English. Look at the picture here.
   

8. Please provide a short message which we will be delivered to your recipient via sms for free.

9. Please note that we don't give you ANY PIN after you check out. We deliver the airtime to the recipient within minutes, through sambaza. You will be notified by email by our system once the airtime is delivered.

10. IN case of an error, for example if you forget to provide the "recipient's" mobile number, please provide the recipients' number through email by either replying to the Paypal email or simply providing the details through the contact us link and quote the order number.
